Fluid Intake

We've all heard the advice that is supposed to drink eight glasses of water a day. And everyone nodded his head and continued drinking our usual three or four less in many cases. The truth is that it is difficult to obtain the amount of water in one day. Between running to the bathroom every half hour and constantly filling his glass to drink that much it just seems like a pain.

But now she is pregnant, it is more important than ever to try. In fact, if you exercise, you should probably take eight to ten glasses a day. Some experts say that for every half hour or exercise, you'll need at least one extra glass of fluid to replace the amount you lose in sweat. You will also need more in hot weather, excessive sweating is more likely.

Drink plenty of fluids, not only will help prevent dehydration, a potentially dangerous condition during pregnancy, but also to keep the amniotic fluid and blood volume, aid digestion, constipation neighborhood, and reduce the likelihood of excess urinary tract infections or inflammation. Here are some tips to help your daily requirement of fluids in a little easier.

* Please note that every vessel should not be pure water. more diluted fruit juice and have one or two glasses of skim milk as well. (Just watch the calorie counter. An 8-ounce glass of skim milk has about 90 calories.)

* Measure of a gallon of water and pour into a jug in the morning. Stash in the fridge and keep drinking throughout the day.

* Do not drink more than two drinks at once. You may feel bloated and could throw your body out of chemical equilibrium.

* Take a drink during meals and snacks for lunch.

* When you exercise, carry a container of water with you in a fanny pack or specially designed for water bottles.

* Place a cup on the nightstand when you go to bed. Every time you wake up, have a drink or two.

* Yourself with the idea that you're spending half your time walking to the bathroom console anyway. You might also have something to show for their efforts.
